PS series foam technics flow introduce

 General introduce

Two-sect series foam PS sheet machine line uses in produce fast-food box, bowl, dish and so on EPS foaming sheet extrusion molding line.

Functions of machine line as follow:

1Special screw design to make colophony melt equality before extrusion.

2The control method of vesicant infuse rate is easy, fast and stable, it can make the foam multiple stable and ensure the density of the products satisfied the requestment.

3Special design screen changer can change and clean filter without stop the machine.

4The sheet thickness can adjust by the die lip adjusting device in the extruder die head.

Produce flow chart and instruction

PS granules, recycle granules and other assist material (nuclear agents, lube, etc) mixing in the mixer and send into first extruder (70mm) to melt equality by the special design screw, then add the vesicant ( butane) in the mid of the first extruder by high pressure metering pump and make the vesicant mix with resin completely, filter by the screen changer and send into the second extruder(90mm ).

The resin in the 90mm extruder by mix refining, addition pressure and cooling to the best foam temperature then canister-shaped extrusion from the die lip, the resin which left from the die lip foam because of the pressure reduce abruptly and the suitable temperature.

The canister-shaped resin which left from the die lip cooling molding, cut to make it to be up & low sheet for 650 mm or other sizes sheet. Haling-off by haling-off machine and send to winding up device wind separately to become foamed polystyrene sheet, PS sheet for short.
