Detailed Product Description

The length of the whole machine is about 22m. Power is 180KW and production capacity is 220kg/h. It applies PVC mixture material, double screw extrusion machine, die calibration, vacuum calibration, die cooling calibration, halling off, cutting, material piling for the whole process. 

The configurations are the following: 
1. SJSZ80/156 double screw extruder barrel material is 38CrMoALA, nitriding proposed, nitriding layer depth is 0.40---0.70mm; hardness is above (HV) 850. 

2. Reduction gear case applies hard tooth face cementite gear, which has advantages of high driving accuracy, stable run, low noise and low longevity. 

3. Extruder is equipped with vacuum extraction unit to improve extrusion quality. The vacuum pump applies water recycling vacuum pump. 

4. The height of extruder body is 1000mm; the barrel is stainless steel material.
